Foam Rolling Workshop

On April 29th from 2-3:30pm, come learn about why you should start using a foam roller. What exactly are we foam rolling and what does it do? We will work head to toe to hit the most common problem areas of the body to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs and feet. Imagine being able to give yourself a massage whenever you nee it! You will be surprised how much better your body can feel! Bring your own roller (at least 18 inches long, refer to the picture above) 

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. Afterwards, tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred to other students. Feel free to find a friend for the ticket, or contact me to see if there are names on the wait list.
