Marketplace is open Saturday, September 21st from 9am-6pm

Your 10x10 booth(s) will be reserved only AFTER payment has been received AND copies of the following documents have been emailed to All payments are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email after payment has cleared and a FINAL confirmation email from Kelsea Wright after all applicable documents have been received.

  1. Copy of Tax Certificate (if selling merchandise)

  2. Proof of your business liability Insurance with WaterWalk listed as additionally insured. (Simply call your insurance provider to have them add WaterWalk to your current policy and email the new certificate they issue you.)

  3. Copy of Current MFV Permit (mobile food vendors only)

The Marketplace opens at 9am, vendors may begin setting up at 7am and can tear down at 6pm. All booths/tents will be on a grassy area, please prepare for elements such as wind, sun, and rain. Vehicles will not be allowed around the Marketplace to load or unload between 9am and 6pm due to road closures.
